Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Falcon Expeditions. These Terms & Conditions outline the basis upon which bookings are accepted and services are provided. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. Confirmation vouchers will be issued once the payment conditions are fulfilled.
2. Payment Policy
An advance payment is required to secure all services. The remaining balance must be settled prior to arrival as per the agreed payment schedule. Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
- 45 days or more before arrival – 10% administrative fee + 5% VAT for the amount paid
- 44 to 30 days before arrival – 50% of the total package cost
- 29 to 7 days before arrival – 75% of the total package cost
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival / No-show – 100% of the total package cost
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
4. Amendments & Changes
Any amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Falcon Expeditions will make every effort to accommodate changes; however, last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed.
5. Pricing & Inclusions
All rates are quoted in Omani Riyals (OMR) unless stated otherwise. Prices include only the services specifically mentioned in the proposal or confirmation. Any additional services will be charged separately.
6. No-Show & Unused Services
No refunds will be provided for no-shows, early departures, or unused services. Once a service has commenced, it is considered fully utilized.
7. Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and in order. Falcon Expeditions will not be held responsible for any issues arising due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
8. Force Majeure
Falcon Expeditions shall not be liable for any changes, delays, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political situations, flight disruptions, or government regulations. In such cases, we will provide the best possible alternative solutions.
9. Liability
Falcon Expeditions acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as hotels, transport companies, and activity operators. We are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party services.
10. Health & Safety
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and participate in activities. Any health conditions must be communicated in advance. Participation in adventure or outdoor activities is at the guest’s own risk.
11. Special Requests
All special requests (including room preferences, dietary requirements, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
