At Falcon Expeditions, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair while considering commitments made with our partners.

The following cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days prior to arrival:

45 days or more before arrival – 10% administrative fee + 5% VAT for the amount paid
44 to 30 days before arrival – 50% of the total package cost
29 to 7 days before arrival – 75% of the total package cost
Less than 7 days prior to arrival / No-show – 100% of the total package cost

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
